A good teacher is someone who always teaches in good faith, studies the interests of children, supports, respects and listens to their opinions. Such a teacher-mentor can make a child feel secure, help him or her develop and learn about the world, and is a good role model, showing how to behave and cope with different situations.

Unfortunately, the children who came to our Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation in Kyiv had experienced violence, hunger and despair. Our specialists can help them cope with their difficult past and become carefree children again. They take care of children around the clock, create an atmosphere of love, understanding and support, temporarily replacing their parents.

Together with us, children study, play games, learn holiday poems by heart, have tea parties, celebrate birthdays, learn about the world around them, take care of indoor plants and fish, do their homework and prepare for school. Here, they can finally feel safe and cared for, start trusting adults again and look up to them.

Today, we need your financial support to support our project (to pay for the round-the-clock work of 2 social educators for 1 month, utilities and administrative expenses). This project will allow disadvantaged children to live in family-like conditions and have trusted adults by their side.
