Ilya, like all Ukrainian children, is forced to live in the realities of war. While our country is defending itself from the occupier, the boy is also bravely fighting against the internal enemy: a serious genetic disease – cystic fibrosis. Illness doesn’ give postponements or days off. Every day, the child must do inhalations several times a day, perform physical therapy exercises and take handfuls of medicine to prevent the disease from killing his lungs.

Highly viscous sputum accumulates in Ilya's lungs, which is difficult for him to cough up. Infections settle there and become chronic. In order to protect the lung tissue from bacteria, it is very important to regularly sterilize breathing simulators and inhaler spare parts used by the boy. Also, Ilya needs a changeable set of tubes and cups for the inhaler so that the inhalations are effective. The family doesn’ have the financial ability to buy what is necessary for the son on their own, and the state provides only a part of the vital necessities. Therefore, we ask you to join the fund to buy the sterilizer, replacement sets for the inhaler, food certificates and help to pay the most necessary things.

Ilya is very inquisitive and grasps everything on the fly. For example, in summer he learned the flags of all European countries just in a few days. Instead of cartoons, Ilya watches a channel about the environment and animals. This child has the right to a happy childhood. And neither war nor disease can destroy it. Help Ilya!
