Embrace the Defenders with warmth. 3

While summer is still underway, we are preparing for the cold season in advance to ensure that our military receives the necessary support on time. Every year, the demand for alcohol-based candles remains extremely high: our organization regularly receives requests from defenders, as these candles help them keep warm, cook hot food, heat drinks, and provide lighting in field conditions.

Last year, thanks to the joint efforts of volunteers and benefactors, 9,000 alcohol candles were produced and delivered to the military, totaling 162,000 UAH. This year, we set the same goal – to produce another 9,000 candles to provide as many of our defenders as possible with this essential aid.

To implement the project, it is necessary to purchase airtight metal containers, while volunteers will handle collecting other materials and handcrafting the candles. On the dobro.ua platform, we plan to raise 60,000 UAH, which will be fully directed toward purchasing these containers. The ready-made candles will be delivered to the service members through verified volunteer and partner organizations.

Every candle made is not only a source of heat and light but also a symbol of support and gratitude to the people who defend Ukraine every day. Through our collective help, we will be able to timely provide our soldiers with warmth before the cold weather sets in.
