Oleg lost his hearing defending our Motherland

Oleg is 51 years old, he is an active and socialized person, a positive and kind husband and father. But there is one "but": as a result of his injuries and wounds, his hearing began to decline significantly. In 2014, after the third wave of mobilization, Oleg joined the Ukrainian army. He defended the country as a member of the 128th Infantry Brigade. He took part in the battles on the Debaltseve bridgehead. It was there that Oleg received several contusions, numerous barracustic injuries and hand injuries.

"I was born on August 29, 1970 in Kyiv, finished school. From 1988 to 1990 I served in the army, then worked at a factory, in construction, produced furniture, and in 2003 I opened my own furniture production. In 2014, when the war began, I signed up as a volunteer, but for health reasons I was initially refused, but nevertheless I managed to achieve the goal, and I was called up on August 3. I served in the mountain infantry brigade, first in the Lugansk region, and then in Debaltseve, where I received shell shock, after which I began to lose hearing", Oleg tells about himself.

As time passed, the wounds healed, but as a result of contusions and barracustic injuries, bilateral hearing loss began to develop. To restore full working capacity, Oleg needs two high-quality hearing aids. Oleg's ability to work productively and his communication with his family and others depends on their availability.
