Optimism is a belief that drives achievement

Artem is a seven-year-old boy who has seen and endured so much in his life that not every adult can withstand. He was born with very difficult diagnoses: Cerebral palsy and sensorineural hearing impairment. Doctors said it was a death sentence. Every day Artem's family is convinced that these are just diagnoses, just words.

Artem really needs to undergo rehabilitation for a speedy recovery. His parents found specialists at the Rostok Zhyttia Rehabilitation Center, but they need money. The cost of rehabilitation, a full range of classes, is 35,000 UAH for one course. They believe that despite the very difficult military times in our country, there are people who will help them take the next step for Artem's full recovery.

Almost all his life, Artem has been going to classes with specialists, and he has tried different centers with different methods, and each specialist has given Artem his knowledge. Speech therapists, sign language teachers, rehabilitation therapists are the people who help Artem.  The boy loves to study, communicate with other people, and ride in the car. Most of all, he loves animals. He likes to feed them, play with them, and pet them. At one time in Kharkiv, Artem was engaged in dolphin therapy, and he also had a best friend, a Doberman named Charlie. They were raised together since birth. Every day, when his mother and boy go to the playground and see children running, playing, fooling around and communicating with each other, her heart breaks into pieces. After all, Artem is a very sociable child and all he needs is to learn to walk on his own.

We believe that the boy will still run with his friends and play football. All this is possible. But without outside help, the parents will not cope.
