Andreykov's achievements
Good day, dear friends! The best news in these magical Holidays can be the achievements of our little wards who were able to get a chance to help thanks to our joint efforts. Andriyko is starting another course: speech therapy classes, as well as classes with an ABA therapist. He continues to master sensory integration and work with an occupational therapist.
Here is a short list of Andriyk's achievements:
He began to distinguish the following parts of the body: head, and stomach. I began to understand where his head and tongue were. Improved imitation skills (clap, jump, raise hands...)
I have improved the skills of joint play (rolling the ball to each other). I began to consciously connect to the story role-playing game: putting animals on a bus, or trolley bus.
Improved visual perception skills (builds lotto, sorts by colors)
Speech comprehension has improved.
Follows instructions like: "Throw it in the trash, wipe the table, give it to mom." Learned to use a fork well.
Step by step, simple things are still difficult for Andriikov, but thanks to repetition and constant practice, slowly moves from the level of skills and fills his childhood with play, learning, communication, trust, and new knowledge. Things that fill our hearts with an effort to move on, to believe in small miracles within the power of each of us.
