Reducing the project amount

Dear donors! At the request of the Aid Operator, the project amount has been reduced, as the collection is proceeding very slowly. The corresponding letter is in the "Reports and Documents" section of this project. After the project is implemented, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section.
