Let's turn the funds to save from suffocation

At the beginning of the quarantine, we bought up the last oxygen concentrators we could find in the country. Our fund gives them free of charge to seriously ill people who cannot breathe normally on their own. Cancer and metastases in the lungs, pulmonary hypertension and the other fibrous changes in the lung tissue that eventually cause suffocation – and now the coronavirus, which also attacks the lungs. Since March, it has become almost impossible to buy oxygen devices – deliveries from abroad have stopped. 

And appeals for help go on coming and our stocks are not enough. And finally, we were told that we would be able to place an order. The money donated to the project will be converted into the oxygen devices and will save people from suffocation.

We are especially glad that now the supplier has offered a model of the device, which is less common than usual, but which our wards praise the most, if they had the opportunity to compare. The maximum power is only 1 liter per minute higher than in other common models - but patients say the difference is felt. At the same time, the device is relatively compact and quiet in work. It can be a good solution for patients with moderate oxygen deficiency when 5 l / min. seems a little, and 10 l / min. - too much. So we hope to be able to buy this order.
