I’m applying to you for your help. My 12-year-old son Nikolay Tur is in urgent need of help, in particular in treating. When he was 2 years old, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy – spastic paresis. And, it is necessary for Kolia, as soon as possible, to undergo treatment in Yevpatoria Clinical Sanatorium of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. But the money for this treatment we do not have. I’m begging you all to respond and help to cure my little boy!

Kolia is the only and long-awaited child in my family. My husband and I have been waited for a child for a long time. From the first of his birthday day, we were transferred to the intensive care unit and then to the regional hospital. Doctors gave gloomy predictions but from the first day we started to treat. We passed treatment in regional hospital for 3-4 times a year, constantly treated at a local rehabilitation center, made daily physical therapy, massages and one time a year – had extended care treatment. Despite all our efforts, when he was two yearы old, he was diagnosed with a terrible diagnosis – cerebral palsy. After that, my husband could not stand difficulties if life and left the family and I was left alone with a sick child. He hardly helps us. It was very difficult but we survived. I continued to treat my son using all opportunities. Kolia learned to get up, sit and make a few steps.

Thanks to good people, when he was six, we were able to make a surgery in Yevpatorus Children’s Clinical Sanatorium of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and we got a good result. When Kolia was six years old, he began to make 3-4 steps by himself, but to walk alone he isn’t able to do. We are continuing our treatment despite everything. Today, Kolia is a pupil of the 4th form. He is a friendly, kind and polite boy. Everyone help him. My little son is fond of reading, writing. Our main dream is to walk independently without assistance. According to doctors, my son is in need right now at this age to make an urgent bone surgery. It is necessary to correct feet deformities using implants and to pass subsequent rehabilitation.

I’m begging you all to respond to cure my little son! Today, we are in the clinic, Kolia undergoes a medical examination. There is every likelihood the surgery will be done soon! A small part of the money we raised, but for rehabilitation is still needed. I’m begging you to help us, please! Thank you for your understanding and support!

Kolia's mother, Irina Anatolievna.
