Support a home that has become a refuge for orphan

The "Home of Happy Children" is more than just a Children's Aid Center. It is a real home that for 15 years has been helping disadvantaged children removed from dysfunctional families and abandoned by their parents. For fifteen years a team of professionals day in and day out has been providing quality, professional and caring help to those who find themselves in difficult circumstances. The war took away the childhood, happiness, peace and joy of all children. Our children are no exception. The staff of the Center had to evacuate children from Kyiv under bullets on February 24... everyone was horrified. Although we evacuated the children to a safe place abroad, our house needs to be maintained and utilities have to be paid for, and we ask for your help very much.

The "Home of Happy Children" Children's Assistance Center is a systematic charity project that provides the children with everything they need  clothes, food, medical care. Here also begins psychological rehabilitation – "rescue" of children after all that they have seen and experienced. And this is the most difficult – after all, the inner "wounds" of a child are more difficult to heal than the wounds on the body. The task of our Center is to help children return to a normal life and strengthen them spiritually and physically. Each of them has its own crib and room. Comfort, as in a real home, is the basis of renewal. First, almost all the children at the Center have never lived in normal conditions, and they are happy to have any "corner" of their own. Secondly, physical health can only be restored if the child eats well and lives in warmth and comfort.

Now we had to leave our home because of Russian aggression, but we hope to return to Kiev soon and provide shelter for the rejected children again. While we are abroad, we have to pay our utility bills. And we can't cope without the help of our benefactors. The "Home of Happy Children" is a non-profit organization which works only with the help of caring, kind people. We hope that in these difficult times each of you will find the desire and opportunity to help us pay the bills for October 2022, which are issued in spite of the war.

There are no strangers' children and now we need to rally around the defenseless and in need of help.
