On May 25, 2017, Vitia was consulted at the Institute of Heart of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and diagnosed congenital heart disease - defect of the interatrial septum, a slight aneurismal protrusion of the interatrial septum and dilatation of the right heart. This means that in the septum between the right and left atrium there is an opening that interferes with normal blood circulation and not only creates a lot of unpleasant consequences but, worst of all, if nothing is done, leads to an irreversible and sad ending.

The small heart of this smiling and radiant boy, pumping the blood, undergoes double the load. It is already very much "outraged" by this state of affairs: it fails, whines, or even can "get angry" in such a way that it will throw out a surprise in the form of sudden dizziness or fainting. Little Vitia urgently needs surgical help. In order to save this cheerful little boy, an endovascular correction of the defect is necessary for what the Figulla Flex II ASDoccluder with a delivery system and a measuring bottle are needed, at cost of 98,000 UAH.

After this surgery, Victor will be able to lead the life of an absolutely healthy child, forget about the endless fatigue, dizziness and, most importantly, according to the boy himself, he can finally ride his bicycle with his ten-year-old brother Yura endlessly. When he talks about it, so simple and achievable for each of us as a bicycle ride, his already radiant eyes are filled with such indescribable enthusiasm that tears come to him, and only one thought pulses in his head: "Anything bad just cannot happen with such a sunny and kind little man!" But, unfortunately, anything can happen without the help of people who are not indifferent.

Victor's family is his Mom, Anna Pociluyko, his father - VasiliyPotsiluyko, and his elder brother Yura, 10 years old. Vitia's mother works as a nurse in the drug store KUTOR "TUL", and his father is temporarily unemployed. Family income does not allow to collect all required money for a heart implant for their youngest son themselves. Everybody so much wants to have the name of the little Winner become prophetic and bring its owner a final victory over the disease that is tearing the little heart.
