Supporting of Odessa Blind Society

Dear friends, help us to support members of the Odessa Society of the Blind during the war. More than 900 people are registered there, but about 500 blind people in Odessa are in great need. They asked us for help because they were completely unprotected. People need food and hygiene. With your help, we can raise money to prepare food packages for them. We will also add some hygiene and household items from the humanitarian aid that our organization receives.

The main goal of the Odessa regional organization UTOS is to protect the interests of people with visual disabilities, their integration into society, social, labor and medical rehabilitation. So they had the opportunity to work. UTOS enterprises produce electrical products, plastic household items, bed linen, clothing, etc. Unfortunately output declined due to the war. And blind people's lives became very difficult.

Their asking  for help is hopelessness and despair. People need just basic things – food and personal hygiene products. On dobro.ua we plan to raise UAH 150,000 to provide food for 100 people. We believe that we will be able to support these people and make their lives easier, because the products from the set are enough for about a month.

They see this world with their hearts and touches. The most important thing for blind people now is to feel our palm to understand that they are not alone and there is someone nearby who will show humanity and come to the rescue.
