Gift future to the children!

Only every second child survives - a deplorable mortality statistics of premature babies in the Ukraine. Even in the main children's hospital of the country "Okhmatdyt" there is no necessary equipment that would allow to save almost every kid - apparatus «Infusomats Space» (Infusomat Space) for infusion of liquids and drugs.

Now in the hospital "Okhmatdyt" there are 9 premature babies weighing up to 1 kg, requiring the quality rehabilitation. Currently, the availability of such equipment for the children's hospital is vital. In all developed countries, such equipment has been successfully used. The above mentioned devices are the key for saving premature babies who annually come to the hospital from all over Ukraine.
According to the UN statistics in 2012 Ukraine ranked the highest position in Europe in terms of infant mortality among children under 1 year. This rate is 2 times higher than the average for Europe.

The problem of premature babies is very acute in Ukraine. Only in the capital and surrounding areas such children born between 600 and 1000, only 50% of which survive, while in the EU, through the use of modern technology - almost 100%. The device installation in a hospital "Okhmatdyt" will improve the rehabilitation process of preterm infants in the institution. Also, the device will reduce infectious disease of preterm infants.
Implementation of the use of necessary equipment will become the push for the development of health care system in Ukraine. Also, it will be an important step in the implementation of public assistance and rehabilitation of preterm infants. It is expected that the principle of use of rehabilitation equipment for premature babies will be followed by other children's hospitals and maternity homes in Ukraine.
