Give hope to Tymofiy!

The project “Give Hope to Timofey!” was aimed at raising funds for rehabilitation procedures for our ward Fediv Timofey from the city of Dubno - a medical trip to the Kozyavkin Rehabilitation Clinic LLC, including treadmill training, mechanotherapy and mobilization exercises 8 times each. Timofey has a diagnosis of spastic tetraplegia (this is a severe form of cerebral palsy (CP), characterized by paralysis of all four limbs, arms and legs). Because of this condition, Timofey needs constant care and rehabilitation procedures to reduce spasticity, and accordingly, pain, for better well-being. In September 2024, Timofiy was enrolled in rehabilitation and underwent it at the expense of the state in accordance with Resolution No. 309, since rehabilitation courses must be taken continuously, it was decided to postpone the implementation of project funds until the end of February 2025 in accordance with the letter on postponement No. 12.09.24 dated September 12, 2024. In the period from February 17, 2025 to February 21, 2025, Timofiy was able to partially receive a rehabilitation course, but he fell ill, had to interrupt the procedures and return home for long-term treatment, in connection with this, the implementation of project funds was extended until September 2025 in accordance with letter No. 13.03.25 dated March 13, 2025. The rest of the procedures Timofey received from 01.09.2025 to 12.09.2025, and successfully completed them. From the words of his mother, we learned: “After the illness, his legs became worse than before. But during this course they straightened out a little, the spasticity of his legs decreased, and even Timosha became more cheerful, and for us it is like a balm for the soul, we are happy about it.” We also received comments from Timofey’s rehabilitation specialist that there was a positive dynamic, spasticity decreased, mobility in the joints improved, and good results were achieved in rehabilitation.

Thanks to the charitable organization International Charitable Foundation “Ukrainian Charity Exchange” and 54 donors, 24520.00 UAH (Twenty-four thousand five hundred twenty hryvnias 00 kopecks) were collected on the Dobro.ua website. On September 5, 2024, funds were received from the BO ICF "Ukrainian Charity Exchange". On September 6, 2024, rehabilitation for Fedov Timofiy was paid for: a medical voucher, including treadmill classes, mechanotherapy and mobilization gymnastics in the amount of 8 classes each procedure, as confirmed by payment instruction 3679 dated 09/06/2024 in the amount of UAH 22,320.00 (twenty-two thousand three hundred twenty UAH. 00 kopecks). Payment for rehabilitation procedures for the child, our significant contribution to his future and quality of life.

In addition, since the project provided for administrative expenses, part of the collected funds, namely UAH 2,200.00 (Two thousand two hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) covered the administrative expenses of the fund, namely the payment of income tax from the salary for September 2025, as evidenced by payment instruction No. 3753 dated September 16, 2025, which is attached to the reporting.
