Give the opportunity to hear for Nikifor and Lera

In April 2024, the project "Give the opportunity to hear for Nikifor and Lera" was posted on the dobro.ua website, the purpose of which was to collect funds to pay for hearing aids for the brother and sister Nikifor and Valeria Karpov.

In June, the fundraising was completed, and on July 6 Nikifor and Lera received their devices! The cost of the hearing aids was UAH 230,000.00.

Nikifor and Lera have chronic bilateral sensorineural deafness. Their parents can't hear either. The children had free devices that they wore from the age of 3, but a lot of time had passed, and they no longer fit at all, and therefore the children desperately needed new - high-quality and powerful devices, for which their parents did not have the funds.

Now the children's lives will change drastically, because the devices help children with acute hearing impairments to hear the world around them, and this, in turn, helps in the development of speech, of course, in communication and socialization.
