The gift of hearing

In January 2024, the "Gift the ability to hear" project was posted on the dobro.ua website, the purpose of which was to raise funds for the payment of hearing aids for Zakharova Andriana (diagnosis - bilateral sensorineural deafness of the 4th stage).
At the end of March, the fundraising was completed, and already on April 10, Andriana received the devices.
Andriana is 11 years old, together with her younger sister Sofiyka, who is 9 years old, they are being raised by their grandmother. Girls have a difficult fate, their parents have been deprived of their rights. Andriana's grandmother has been with her since she was born. When Andriana was 2.5 years old, they went to the doctors and found out that the girl could not hear. Then she was diagnosed with bilateral deafness of the 4th degree.
Andriani was given a free hearing aid, but unfortunately it turned out to be too weak. The grandmother placed the girl in a specialized school, where she began to learn sign language. She really likes school, but this does not cancel the girl's desire to hear.
The grandmother does not have the opportunity to provide the child with expensive hearing aids, so she turned to our foundation for help.
