Reduce the amount, update the title and text

Dear donors! At the request of the Operator for help, the amount of the project was reduced and the project title and text have been changed, as fundraising is slow, but the need for assistance is still relevant. Letter from the Operator of help is in the "Reports and documents" section of this project.. After the implementation of the project, a descriptive and financial report will be placed in the same section. Thank you for your trust and support!
