Give the child a sweet dream

Sleeping on a new pillow and be wrapped in a warm blanket – this seemingly naive dream may not come true for many children affected by war today! We sincerely hope that thanks to you the children will be able to experience the dream home comfort and love on St. Nicholas Day!

The number of families who are in trouble and children who want to be blessed with a gift is very large. Unfortunately, more and more families with children need help because the war forces people to leave their homes. Therefore, we are asking for help in collecting funds for the purchase of bed linen, blankets and pillows for children from migrant families. This families cannot themselves provide the children with conditions for a comfortable and healthy sleep.

We are asking you to help with the collection of funds for bedding which will be filled with warmth in the literal and figurative sense of the word. The cost of one set of such items is UAH 1,240.8. As part of this collection, we plan to purchase thirty sets. As the case the volunteers of the foundation will be able to become ambassadors of St. Nicholas for every child from a family of immigrants who are cared for by the Caritas Kyiv. 

May the visit of St. Nicholas help the children to feel more joy, hope and faith that there are many people in the world ready to help them.
