On February 24, 2022, the war broke out. Yana hoped that their small town would be quiet and safe. But... their town of Marhanets is constantly under fire and she, her son, adult daughter and 2-month-old granddaughter had to leave the city.
With the help of the project "Rescue for Mom.2" in 2022, we were able to purchase sensors for an insulin pump and necessary medicines and send them to Poland, where Yana and her children are currently staying.
In 2023, at the expense of the project, we helped Yana, transferred her medicines, a new sensor reader and sensors for the insulin pump in the amount of UAH 31,590.86.
We will continue to spend the remaining funds in the amount of UAH 45,208.14 on Yana's needs in 2024.
