The ‘Alongside the Hero’ project was aimed at supporting the families of military personnel in providing personal care for wounded soldiers who are bedridden. Assistance with nappies or baby nappies.
The ‘Alongside the Hero’ project was launched on the platform of the charitable organisation International Charitable Foundation ‘UBB’ at dobro.ua in November 2025. In June 2026, the full amount required for the project was raised, and on 23 June 2026, funds totalling 75,000.00 UAH (seventy-five thousand) hryvnias 00 kopecks were transferred to our account for the implementation of the “Beside the Hero” project.
Thanks to the funds raised, we were able to conduct tender procedures in July 2026 and purchase the necessary supplies.
Overall procurement and distribution figures:
- Recipients of aid (beneficiaries): 86 people
- Total procurement amount: 75,000 UAH
