Help for wounded defenders
The ‘Alongside a Hero’ project was posted on the platform of the charitable organisation International Charitable Foundation ‘UBB’ (dobro.ua) in November 2025. In June 2026, the full amount required for the project was raised, and on 23 June 2026, funds totalling 75,000.00 UAH (seventy-five thousand) hryvnias 00 kopecks were transferred to our account for the implementation of the “Alongside the Hero” project.
Thanks to the funds raised, we were able to conduct tender procedures in July 2026 and purchase the necessary supplies.
Overall procurement and distribution figures:
Recipients of aid (beneficiaries): 86 people
Total purchase amount: 75,000 UAH
Thanks to this purchase worth 75,000 hryvnias, the ‘Caritas Berdychiv UGCC’ Charitable Foundation has provided 86 seriously wounded defenders of Ukraine with the necessary care products. This has helped to ensure proper hygiene, alleviate daily pain and provide dignified care for those who sacrificed their health for our peace of mind.
We would like to thank all our benefactors and partners for supporting Ukraine’s heroes!
