Our ward Andrii is in dire need of postoperative rehabilitation. Thanks to the dobro.ua platform, we managed to collect the necessary amount for the operation for Andrii. Everything went well: a spoke was placed in the first toe on the right leg and the sixth toe was removed; plates were placed on the left leg in three places to align the foot for better support. Now the path of rehabilitation lies ahead. Andrii will have to learn how to walk correctly and stand confidently. He is a very purposeful and diligent guy, we are sure that he will succeed with your help.

Andrii is 17 years old and for all those 17 years he’s been struggling for his health as well as for his whole life. He’s been through a postpartum resuscitation, 5 clinical deaths and 5 revivals. This guy's entire left side of his body was paralized. And along with all of the problems, Andrii does his best and charges everyone around with his optimism. He graduated from high school with a special program, found himself in computer graphics and makes amazing drawings.

The last surgery on his legs gave him a chance to regain his motor skills completely. Andrii underwent postoperative rehabilitation at home – this was the period when his legs healed and a private rehabilitation therapist conducted Andrii sparing physical education at home. But in order to walk, the guy needs professional rehabilitation in a specialised room. Such classes can be provided in rehabilitation centres, in physical therapy rooms. Andrii really needs your help to finally learn to walk!
