Bed linen and blankets for IDPs

60 IDP families with children need warm winter blankets and bed linen. These are 30 families from the Obolonsky District Center of Social Services and 30 families from the Pechersk District Center of Social Services. These people were forced to leave their homes and move to Kyiv in order to save their lives and the lives of their children.

We have been cooperating with social service centers in the city of Kyiv for a long time and try to respond to the needs of people who need outside help. Winter is almost here, which means that another test is coming soon for people who have already experienced many terrible events in their own lives. We want to support these families, because we understand that when fleeing from the occupied territories, there is not always free space in the suitcase for a blanket or bed linen.

These are people who have lost their only income, who are just beginning to recover from the shock experienced and trying to arrange their lives in a strange city for them. The fates of these people are not indifferent to us, because we understand that anyone else could be in their place.

We ask everyone who cares to help us raise money, because it is your donation that will allow us to support 60 families of IDPs from the Obolonsky District Center of Social Services and the Pechersk District Center of Social Services.

One such set, which will include a warm blanket and a set of bed linen, costs approximately UAH 3,000, so the financial support of everyone who reads this text is extremely important to us.
