We need to help Sofia's family

For Sofia, a powerful compressor inhaler is a vital necessity in the fight against a serious illness. An ordinary device is not enough. Without high-quality inhalations, thick sputum accumulates in the girl's lungs every day and night, filling the airways and making it difficult to breathe. The doctors specializing in this child's disease explained that without proper treatment, the shortness of breath and cough that already plague the child will become worse This cannot be allowed!

Sofia is 14 and looks like an ordinary teenager. She likes to walk, draw, and embroider with beads. But inside she has a bad disease – cystic fibrosis, which destroys her lungs and prevents her from digesting food properly. Every day the girl has to do several inhalations, special breathing exercises, and take several types of medications. And it's hard to count how many times she has seen hospital walls in her 14 years, as hospitalization for intensive pre-treatment for cystic fibrosis is a common occurrence in Ukraine.

The family used to manage somehow, but now they can't. Sofia has grown up, and her treatment needs have increased accordingly. Now the girl needs a powerful inhaler with a supply of consumables, a sterilizer to prevent infections, and a breathing machine. And it is urgent.

The collection also includes food certificates to support the family. In addition to Sofia, the family has two younger children. They all need support now.
