To return the joy of life!
UPD: The Ministry of Health of Ukraine paid for bone marrow transplantation operation for Inna. Inna didn’t have enough time to forget walls of the children’s hospital ward painted in soft colors and here she is again – lying in a hospital bed of hematology department. She couldn’t even imagine that she will return here. In 2013 the girl was a pupil of a senior school and preparing for graduation from school, but the medical test results showed Hodgkin disease and she literally had to move into hematology department of the Odessa Region Children’s Clinical Hospital.
The treatment was long and hard, but the family coped with this challenge with dignity. Long-awaited remission was like a breath of fresh air. Finally, Inna took off her wig that used to hide her head having almost no hair because of сhemotherapy, had a perky haircut and began to look to the future with hope. She graduated from general school and from sewing school, became a student of a prestigious department of management of ONAFT on a tuition-free basis, she got interested in programming, improved her English and fell in love. It seemed that interesting and trouble-free life is waiting for her in the future. But in January 2016 she was diagnosed with secondary myeloid leukemia. This news hit Inna and her parents like a ton of bricks. How come? Everything has just turned around...
The family urgently requires 124,000 UAH for treatment. This is the cost of all platelet sets needed for chemotherapy. Money is urgently needed. Treatment success and the further life of the girl depend on how fast the money can be collected. The government doesn’t provide necessary medications, so the family will have to cope with this problem alone and ask people to help. Inna is a young woman and she understands that this is big money for their family, her parents don’t have it.
However, Inna believes that goodness can make a miracle. She believes that she will overcome new challenges. The whole life lies ahead. A life full of interesting events! Life, many of us appreciate only after we realize that we might not have it. Help Inna, please!
