Reduction of the amount for the project

Dear donors! At the request of the Aid Operator, the amount of the project was reduced, since part of the treatment will be paid by the state. The corresponding letter is in the section "Reports and documents" of this project. After the implementation of the project, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section.
