Food packages for elderly residents of Kherson

Dear friends, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our previous fundraisers for elderly people in Kherson. Thanks to you, hundreds of seniors received food and managed to get through incredibly hard days. You are the reason this help is possible. Unfortunately, Kherson continues to suffer from constant shelling. In the Dniprovskyi district, there are still elderly people living alone, people with disabilities, and those who cannot leave their homes. They still need our support – and we cannot leave them behind. That is why we are launching a new fundraiser for 195 food packages.

We updated the budget according to current prices and packaging needs, project budget: food packages (195 pcs) – 251,090 UAH, packaging boxes – 7,800 UAH. Total amount needed – 258,890 UAH. Cost per package – 1,327.64 UAH.

Each package includes grains, pasta, flour, canned goods, oil, tea, biscuits, and other essential items that can support one person for more than 2.5 months. For seniors living alone under shelling, this food is a lifeline.

Due to ongoing danger, regular delivery services still cannot operate in the area. Therefore, we continue working with our partners – CO "Brotherhood of Kind Hearts", who deliver aid wearing protective gear and risking their own lives to help others.
