Together for good deeds: nutrition without barriers

Each of us has a warm, cozy home and a delicious meal. But we shouldn't forget that there are people who live below the poverty line. They especially need our help and support. The "Caritas Berdychiv UGCC" Charitable Foundation has launched a campaign "Together for good deeds: food without barriers" to provide food for people who are unable to provide themselves with the most basic necessities and suffer from hunger, such as the elderly and people with disabilities. Please support our fundraiser to purchase food and disposable tableware for cooking hot meals for people in difficult life circumstances.

Lonely old age, low pensions, along with the challenges of the war, have pushed the elderly and people with disabilities even further below the poverty line. Your contribution is more than a piece of bread to someone who needs support. It is care and warmth that warms the soul, it is renewed faith in the people around you, it is confidence that you are understood, supported, valued and respected for your age and dignity.

The campaign "Together for good deeds: food without barriers" is organized by the Charitable Foundation "Caritas Berdychiv UGCC", which has been working for people in crisis for almost 3 years. People's feedback, which is filled with warmth and gratitude, inspires and encourages us to do good deeds with dedication and sincerity, of which every donor becomes a part.

As part of our action, we will cook twice a week for 10 people over 65 (for whom volunteers will deliver meals if necessary) and 25 people twice a week directly in the space. We plan to prepare and deliver 280 meals per month.

Once again, we ask everyone to join us in raising funds to purchase disposable tableware and food in order to prepare hot meals and help people in need.
