Rehabilitation table for children

A huge number of children in Odessa and Odessa region suffer from severe and often incurable diseases. At the same time, parents cannot afford the cost of rehabilitation in private centers on their own. Children with cerebral palsy, craniocerebral trauma and other nervous system diseases need constant, daily, intensive training in kinesiotherapy and exercise therapy. We are collecting funds to purchase a rehabilitation table in order to assemble a rehabilitation room (which kids can use for free) piece by piece.

To help such patients, a children's palliative care department is being formed in Odessa. One of its tasks will be to organize an affordable free physical rehabilitation for children with palliative diseases. To accomplish this task, the palliative department asks for help in purchasing a special rehabilitation table with electric height adjustment.

The rehabilitation table is one of the most important pieces of equipment used in classes aimed at the rehabilitation of young patients. It is used both separately and in a kinesiotherapy booth (the so-called "rehabilitation cage"). It is quite stable and ideal for rehabilitation of children and adolescents with lesions of their central nervous system as well as with limited mobility. The electrical height adjustment allows the therapist to work with the patient with ease, saving both time and effort.

The purchase of such a rehabilitation table will greatly facilitate and make the rehabilitation process comfortable not only for the therapist, but also for the children. This is a very important component in the process of completing the equipment of the polyclinic's rehabilitation hall, which today can already help young palliative patients.
