Diana's movement is in your hands

Dianochka is our long-awaited daughter who has been fighting for a chance at a healthy childhood since her very first days of life. She was born on time, but the delivery was difficult, and she has faced a challenging path ever since.

Her first steps came closer to the age of two, but there were no words, and she didn’t respond to her name. The hardest part is seeing how other parents avoid her on playgrounds, take their children away, or are afraid to approach her. When she said “mama” at 3.5 years old, it was the happiest moment of our lives!

There is still a long and challenging road ahead. Diana has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, delayed psycho-speech development, epileptic activity, hyperactivity, and sleep and behavioral disorders. The daily battle with these challenges continues as Diana grows, bringing new difficulties with her development. Without regular therapy and rehabilitation, she risks losing the ability to walk due to persistent muscle spasms.

She needs ongoing rehabilitation and sessions with a speech therapist, psychologist, special education teacher, and neuropsychologist. These not only help her maintain her physical abilities but also gradually improve her speech, cognitive development, and coordination.

Despite all the challenges, Dianochka is an incredibly kind and affectionate child. She loves to hug and kiss, reaching out to other children, though her developmental delays make it hard for her to connect with them. She tries to walk, even though she does so on bent knees and tiptoes.

Diana is full of potential, and even the smallest contribution can help her continue this journey.
