“No woman dreams of becoming the mother of a special child. I have four of them. Imagine 4 special children. But if this has already happened, you have to accept it and move on.I spend most of my life in rehabilitation centers and hospitals, so the most difficult issue for me is financial self-sufficiency. After all, if not me, then who?".

Misha was born into a poor family with many children in the suburbs of Mariupol, on the border with the military conflict in eastern Ukraine. Misha's house was often shelled in 2017. As a child, he experienced trauma and fear. The family has four minor children. Mom brings up the children alone. Misha is the youngest. Three older sisters suffer from autism, schizophrenia in varying degrees of severity. Therefore, Misha did not get enough communication and social environment in the family.

Misha was in social isolation for a long time and was not developed, was pedagogically neglected. Showed aggression towards loved ones. Didn't know how to express emotions. Increased intracranial pressure caused the child to strabismus. After a medical examination, it is recommended to register an ophthalmologist, purchase glasses. Our foundation has already paid for the treatment and glasses.

Misha has a speech delay (LAD). Classes with a correctional teacher and speech therapist-defectologist are required. The muscles of the articular apparatus are weakened and not developed, speech therapy massage is necessary. Regular sessions with a psychologist are required. Misha is registered with a neurologist. He undergoes examination 4 times a year. Due to the lack of healthy communication with his sisters at home, Misha imitated humming and did not speak.Misha is in dire need of correctional and psychological support. The boy's intelligence is completely preserved.

After the start of neuro correction, Misha began to speak. He needs systematic developmental individual lessons in a small group of peers. It is very important for Misha to visit kindergarten. Since the beginning of his participation in the Fund's project, the boy has been placed in a kindergarten.

There is still a lot of work ahead, but we believe that thanks to your help and the support of specialists, Misha will be able to go to school with his friend.
