Oleksandr's story is a story about the strength of the spirit, the desire to live, perseverance and hard work. On the 22nd of August year 2018, 18-year-old Oleksandr got hit by a bus while riding his moped. He got many severe injuries doctors said people usually do not survive with. Not a single mother would give up hearing such words. Anna Tsapaeva, the mother of three, is trying to collect money to help her son. She has found a clinic that agreed to take cafe of Oleksandr.

His return back to life was uneasy. Oleksandr was in a coma for 3 weeks and he had surgery to remove a blood clot ending up breathing with help of tracheostomy. But he bravely endured all the trials and proceeded to rehabilitation procedures. Now he is very happy with the result. Within six months, Oleksandr from the vegetative state gradually moved to an almost healthy one. Not much left to do about his current state. Oleksandr already is able to eat, put on his shoes, call his mother, conduct simple dialogs as well as turn on his favorite music on the phone.

Unfortunately, the financial capacity of the family does not allow to continue rehabilitation in expensive clinic. The most difficult stage is over and it was decided to continue rehabilitation in a specialized rehabilitation center in Zaporizhia in Ukraine. Experts agreed to help Oleksandr. He is very much in need of this rehabilitation treatment. Patients with such injuries should never stop at what has been achieved. Classes in the center will help Oleksandr to get stronger. There is still a lot of recovery work ahead.

Oleksandr has only his mother and brother with a sister supporting him. All Tsapaev family appeals to all those who are not indifferent with a request to help in raising funds for rehabilitation.
