A chance for a new life! 2

Tatiana has always loved life. But at the age of 21, it all came to a halt: a sudden loss of coordination, unsteady gait, fear. The neurologist suspected multiple sclerosis, but the hospital cynically dismissed it - "it happens only after 45". They prescribed vascular treatment, and... Tetiana suffered a stroke. Her left side was paralysed. It was only then that she underwent an MRI scan, which confirmed the true diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. But it was too late - the partial paralysis remained forever. 

Over time, the underlying disease progressed, affecting more and more parts of the brain. Tanya lost more and more mobility. Eventually, her hip joints collapsed and she could no longer move on her own - a wheelchair was inevitable. But Tatyana's mother did not give up, trying to help her daughter and, if not cure her, at least slow down the development of the disease. And they succeeded. Thanks to the help of caring people, Tatiana successfully underwent stem cell treatment. And for 13 years now, she has not had a single new brain lesion. But the disease has already destroyed a lot of things in the body.

To restore nerve tissue, reduce inflammation and stimulate neuroregeneration, doctors recommended specialised rehabilitation at the Serbian Atomska Banja centre. This place is one of the few in the world where multiple sclerosis is treated using a unique methodology, using mineral waters rich in lithium and cesium. Thanks to the help of kind people, we managed to pay for one course in 2023. And a small miracle happened: her muscle weakness decreased, her coordination improved, and she stopped falling. Tatiana lives with her elderly pensioner mother, who has a disability from an accident and is often unable to physically support her sick daughter. The family lives on meagre disability payments, which are barely enough to cover their basic needs. Therefore, it is simply impossible for them to pay for an expensive course of rehabilitation treatment. Our foundation is making efforts to raise funds for the next two rehabilitation courses. But we cannot do it without your participation. Please do not stand aside and support the family in their struggle!
