A chance for a new life! 2

Tetiana has always been active and full of life. At 21, her world suddenly changed: she began losing coordination, her walk became unsteady, and fear followed her every step. Doctors could not immediately determine the correct diagnosis. Only after a severe stroke that left the left side of her body partially paralyzed did an MRI confirm multiple sclerosis. Sadly, the consequences of the stroke remain with her to this day. The disease gradually progressed, affecting new areas of her brain. Over time, her hip joints were severely damaged, and Tetiana lost the ability to walk independently. A wheelchair became her only support and means of mobility.

Her mother never gave up. Thanks to the kindness of caring people, Tetiana was able to undergo stem cell therapy, and for 13 years there have been no new brain lesions. However, the consequences of the disease still require ongoing rehabilitation. In 2023, Tetiana completed a rehabilitation course at the Serbian center “Atomska Banja.” After the treatment, her muscle weakness decreased, her coordination improved, she stopped falling, and became more independent.

Tetiana lives with her elderly mother, who also has a disability. Their social benefits barely cover basic needs and medication. They cannot afford further rehabilitation on their own. In addition, Tetiana urgently needs a wheelchair, as without it she cannot move at all.
We are raising funds for two rehabilitation courses and a wheelchair. Every contribution is a chance to preserve her mobility and dignity. We kindly ask you to support this family in their fight.
