A Happy Christmas for children in Kharkiv region

Kharkiv region lives every day with the sound of sirens. Somewhere nearby there are explosions, somewhere else there is darkness after a blackout. But even in such conditions, there are children who continue to believe in miracles. They go to our educational centers, draw their dreams, sing Christmas carols, and wait for Santa to come.

These children are from the most vulnerable families. Among them are toddlers who have fled with their parents from occupied and frontline territories, children of soldiers and fallen defenders, children who face difficulties every day that adults sometimes find difficult to even talk about. But despite everything, they are still children. And Christmas for them is not just a holiday. It is a day when they want to feel that goodness is around them. It is a holiday that cannot be taken away by any war.

That is why we are starting a campaign for the project "A Happy Christmas for children of Kharkiv region" to give 50 children a real holiday.

We want each of them to have their own little Christmas present under the Christmas tree. Each set will contain:

• 🎁 a soft children's blanket to keep them warm on cold evenings and during blackouts;
• 🍫 a set of sweets and a jar of Nutella to create a holiday mood;
• 🎄 a New Year's toy to remind them that miracles are always nearby.

The cost of one such set is 1,000 UAH, which means we need to raise a total of 50,000 UAH.

We cannot stop the war, but we can make sure that these children have something that no war should take away —their childhood. Let's give it to them together ❤️
