Thanks to this project, the girls were able to undergo three courses of treatment in October 2021, August 2023, and March 2024 at the Institute of Pain Problems in Kyiv. Endless courses of treatment over time have led to some improvements. A truly remarkable progress was made after the sisters underwent treatment at Dr. Bersenev's clinic, a place where children with serious illnesses are given a chance for a normal life. With each course of treatment, the girls' emotional and physical condition improves. Nadezhda's gaze has become straight and her strabismus is gone.
