Every child deserves the chance to live freely, play, learn, and be independent. For Mykyta, this chance depends on regular rehabilitation.

"Before I begin this text, I would like to say one important thing. Being a parent is incredibly hard work, and being the parent of a "special child" is a challenge that not everyone can cope with without losing precious time...

The first stage of his life was incredibly difficult, but we coped and were able to get back on our feet and start talking.

The second stage, no less difficult, is to raise him properly.

Now that we have gone through two years of socialization at school, I can see that we are on the right track. At nine years old, Mykyta already has his own "unique view of the world". He is not as multifaceted as his peers, he cannot express his observations and thoughts in detail, but he is very sensitive to other children, always tries to help, and never offends anyone.

His greatest salvation is his love for animals. He believes that animals are the best friends who always give love and loyalty.

Mykita asked, "What are you writing?".
I said, "About your love for animals".
And he said, "Take a picture of me with a mammoth" – one of his latest figurines. That's how this photo came about.

Mykyta is not just a child, he is a personality who is already shaping his own path.

Of course, children at school don't always understand him: because there is no clear dialogue, his slow movements are not always understandable. And it might seem that he should be upset and give up. But I see his good inner world, which keeps him going! And that is why, no matter how difficult it may be, my dream is to help my son move freely and be as independent as possible".
