Meet Vika – a gentle, gentle and strong girl who overcomes difficulties every day and dreams of the future.

The first challenge came when she was six months old, when doctors diagnosed her with cerebral palsy – her right arm and leg were weak. At nine months old, Vika suffered a severe flu, after which she suddenly fainted. Doctors diagnosed epilepsy. Since then, daily struggle has become a part of her life.

Vika is incredibly purposeful! Even during treatment in the neurological department, she climbs the stairs from the first to the fifth floor and back with her mother to strengthen her legs.

Over the past four years, Vika has completed 12 rehabilitation courses in different cities of Ukraine. The Kozyavkin Clinic gave her wings – she learned to run! But in order to maintain this result, further rehabilitation is needed.

Vika loves to draw, sculpt from plasticine and play with small children. She spends hours over her drawings, putting all her love into them. Vika's biggest dream is to travel. She loves adventures! Even a trip to rehabilitation for her is a journey she looks forward to. Previously, the family would drive their old car to pick mushrooms and beautiful places so that Vika could see the world around her. But because of the war, this became impossible.

Despite all the difficulties, Vika's dad – the only breadwinner in the family – finds an opportunity to help our defenders: he and Vika give the soldiers homemade pastries and donate.

In order for Vika not to lose her achievements, it is necessary to continue treatment and physical therapy.

Each of your contributions is another victory for her, another step towards a healthy future. Let's help Vika together!
