This project was created as part of Vodafone Ukraine's charity program “A Good Deed as a Gift”. When a small child's heart beats with defects, every day is a challenge. Congenital heart disease is one of the most common pathologies in Ukraine. Some of them are life-threatening and require urgent intervention so that the child can grow, enjoy and live a full life.
Modern medicine gives a chance to fix this problem thanks to endovascular surgery, which is performed without complicated incisions and long rehabilitation. All that is needed is a special heart implant that will close the defect and allow the heart to work properly.
But such an implant is expensive, and families cannot always raise the necessary funds on their own.
The goal of this project is to help one child with a heart defect. And thanks to the support of Vodafone Ukraine and caring people, this project will give a chance for a healthy childhood.

From the first days, doctors noticed problems in his heart. At the age of one, the boy was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, an open arterial duct. Unfortunately, the family cannot afford to buy an expensive implant on their own: his father works in frontline Kramatorsk, and his mother is on maternity leave. They need help to give the child a healthy heart.
