Hearing Aid for Kyrylo!

Kyrylo is the only son in a family of hard hearing parents. In the first year of his life, he was diagnosed with "bilateral sensorineural hearing loss of the third degree". Now the boy is 10 years old, all this time the whole family has made great efforts to help boy succeed in his mental development and learning, in which he has experienced considerable difficulty.

For today, Kyrylo has completed at a sufficient level the 3rd grade of a special comprehensive school and moved to the 4th. He is interested in learning. Able to study mathematics – this is a favorite subject.

2% of the earth's population has some hearing impairment. The most common diagnosis is neurosensory hearing loss. Failure to control and treat the disease can lead to complete hearing loss, and in the short term. Hearing loss, in this case, is irreversible. The main symptom of neurosensory hearing loss is a decrease in acuity. Along with this, there may be other disorders, such as the vestibular apparatus: poor coordination of movements, noise in the head, dizziness, nausea.

Currently, Kyrylo speaks with significant pronunciation defects, but sound educators see a good perspective in mastering a boy with quality oral language, and this requires a second apparatus. Unfortunately, the family has great financial difficulties and is unable to purchase a hearing aid for a single son.
