Delicacies for the elderly

The Club "Second Youth" for single seniors has been open for more than 20 years for grandparents who lack communication and the necessary human support. The absence of relatives, age-related injuries, the loss of loved ones and friends often lead to the fact that an elderly person closes in himself and loses interest in life. And if he is not helped to get out of this shell, the consequences can be the most sad.

The Club gives its visitors the opportunity to meet regularly, do handicrafts and creative work, discuss pressing problems and issues, share joys and sorrows. Project staff prepare thematic meetings, festive events. The birthday party is very touchingly celebrated in the Club, when once a month people who are one year older are congratulated with sweets and tea. Our oldies say these are their best birthdays of their entire life.

We have a premises and everything you need to organize your meetings. However, there are no funds to buy sweets for tea drinking. We really want to buy delicious sweets, cookies, waffles and tea for the meetings of our old people. You can help us with this! Total collection 5719,62 UAH If everyone makes even a small charitable donation to the "Sweets for the Elderly" project, together we will be able to collect the required amount and make our oldies happy!
