The club "Druha molodost" has been operating in Kharkiv for more than 23 years. Even during active military operations in Kharkiv, the managers of the fund and the project looked for various opportunities to support its beneficiaries. Despite the fact that regular meetings were not held, the fund provided targeted assistance in the form of food and hygiene products. The project manager regularly called the old women and had supportive conversations. Starting from the autumn of 2022, the Club began its work in the usual mode. Those who remained in the city began to come to meetings and socializing.

The main goal of the Club is the organization of leisure activities for lonely elderly. Especially today, in conditions of constant stress, care and invaluable communication are very important for them. Over the years, a strong mutual support group has been formed in the Club. The months of the war showed how useful this group is, how good support it is for elderly.

Of course, not a single event takes place without a tea party. This is a mandatory tradition that supports the mood and creates a good atmosphere. Unfortunately, the fund does not have funds for this article, so it is forced to look for them through crowdfunding. Today, we are launching a fundraiser to buy tea and goodies to organize meetings for the elderly. The amount of money we need to raise is small, just 10,650 UAH. We ask you to support our project and give the elderly the opportunity to communicate and believe in victory together!
