On November 30, 2022, we posted the project "Give a holiday to the Children of Heroes" on the dobro.ua website. The primary goal of the project was to congratulate 200 children who lost one or both parents as a result of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, fulfilling their New Year's dreams, outlining the amount to be collected of 400,000 UAH. But, thanks to the indifference of a large number of people, as well as the support of the SOCAR gas station and the Level application, the amount of the project was increased to 850,000 UAH, and we exceeded our goal and congratuldated 204 children and were able to buy gadgets for another 40 children (20 laptops and 20 tablets) to provide them with uninterrupted access to online education. Each child received an individual gift: someone - a kit for creativity, new headphones, someone - a scooter. Children also received: a trampoline with lighting, roller skates with a helmet, a robot toy, jumpers, a diving kit, boxing gloves, quadcopters, LEGO constructors, transformer cars and many others.
The total amount of funds spent amounted to eight hundred and fifty thousand UAH.
Their parents were brave Ukrainians! Someone was a civilian who suffered because of senseless aggression, and someone was a soldier who protected each of us and our common independent future. We wanted to make a miracle for the children by giving each of them an individual gift so that at least during the winter holidays these children feel joy. A financial report is submitted on all used funds. We are grateful to everyone for supporting and realizing the dreams of the Children of Heroes!
