Sunny running. Maryna Sichkar

“Hello! My name is Maryna, I am 31 years old, I am a mother of a wonderful daughter and a lawyer who likes running. This year, on October 8 – and it is quite symbolic as Lawyer’s Day is celebrated on this day – I will run my one more semi-marathon - 21,0975 km – in the frames of WizzairKyivCityMarathon. Running is my true passion. In 2016-2017 my “co-runners” and I have united into a sport club “Running in Brovary” (Public Organization “B.I.G.” (“Б.І.Г.”), the town of Brovary) and thanks to it we not only popularize active and healthy style of life, running, swimming, etc. but we also take part in realization of charity projects.

The purpose of my semi-marathon this year is not only to manage to run the planned distance but also to help the All-Ukrainian Charity Organization “Down syndrome” to collect money in order to buy materials for the classes aimed at the development of motor activities and skills of self-service of the children having the Down syndrome. 

I completely understand that each of us is always busy with his or her own thoughts, worries and problems, but I believe and know that the very thing which can unite us is always close around us and it is our wish to help and not to keep away from somebody’s trouble. Therefore, please support my charity project and make your contribution in this act which is really good!
