Sports without limits

Smoothly climb to the top of a mountain, ride a bike with your feet touching the pedals, enjoy every movement of your body in a dance, or just walk confidently along the road... Have you ever thought about it? I think no. Only those who cannot feel it personally dream of such an opportunity. Ensuring the possibility of social, labor, professional rehabilitation of people with disabilities and support for the elderly continues to be a priority of the Khmelnytsky Regional Charitable Foundation "Caritas". Our partner in the implementation of rehabilitation activities for many years is the Khmelnitsky Institute of Social Technologies of the University "Ukraine", which operates a training and rehabilitation center, which combines massage and physiotherapy rooms, physical therapy room, research and functional diagnostics and rehabilitation. Our beneficiaries as regular users of the Center's services are children with disabilities, people with disabilities, and the elderly.

Special rehabilitation simulators are used to restore the musculoskeletal functions of the disabled, sick or elderly. These devices are intended for restoration of full or partial volume of movements of arms and legs, a muscular tone, improvement of cardiovascular activity of an organism. Also, exercise machines for rehabilitation after injuries or after a stroke will help reduce the negative psychological effects acquired during the illness, and, importantly, help to improve mood and the formation of the desire for speedy rehabilitation.

Today, the technical support of the center needs to be modernized and improved, the purchase of a new set of simulators and sports equipment for the equipment of sports-inclusive space.

Together we hope to organize a new modern center of health and socialization, purchase new special rehabilitation simulators and equip facilities where people with disabilities, both adults and children, the elderly could restore body functions and the ability to coordinate their actions, develop their physical capabilities, create themselves as individuals and realize their dreams.

Do not be indifferent to the problems of people with disabilities, give them a chance for a new one full of joy of life. After all, everyone should feel full, even if they have some health problems.
