Become a defender for Arianna

When the results of the tests came to confirm the diagnosis, the mother could not believe that it was about her daughter. Six-month-old Arianna is a real joy and consolation for her mom. But when the little girl got worse and they were urgently hospitalized, it became clear that the diagnosis was correct and the serious illness required constant expensive treatment, which mom could not cope with without support. 

With cystic fibrosis, due to the genetic damage, the processes of digestion and assimilation of food are disrupted, the liver, pancreas and lungs are destroyed. In order for a child to breathe freely, he or she needs to do several inhalations every day and take a whole list of medications. While Arianna and her mother are in the hospital, they use a hospital inhaler, but after returning home they should buy their own, because every day without procedures fills the lungs with thick mucus. To protect the girl from infections, they also need a sterilizer to disinfect masks, mouthpieces, nebulizers and baby utensils. 

Mother is already preparing documents to receive at least part of the medicine and special food at public expense, but so far she is buying everything herself. To help keep the little family afloat, we've added inhalants, diapers, food mixture and food certificates to the fund raising. Nutrition is especially important for cystic fibrosis patients: since food is digested worse than by healthy people, it should be high in calories, because low weight is a risk that the baby will not be able to fight infections that attack the body. For the same purpose, we want to pay Arianna for the part of vaccinations that is not provided by the budget. 

Treatment that begins on time and protection against infections is a great chance for a long and full life of a little girl. Let's help the mom to save her child from an evil disease!?
