Taking only documents and food with him, Valentyna arrived in Kyiv together with his underage grandchildren and a daughter with a disability. Here they settled in an abandoned sanatorium, where there is no hot water, no heating, nor conditions for cooking.

Now they live in a cold room, which is heated by a small heater. There is no refrigerator. They have a great need and even a dream to buy a washing machine and an electrician. The elderly valentine's weak hands do not have the strength to wash the most necessary things. But she does not drop her arms and cares for her daughter with disabilities and her two grandchildren.
