You are jumping, breathing, living

"Trampoline for a sick kid? What for? What a whim! Doesn’t a sick kid need anything else?", such questions appear when we announce the fundraising buy trampolines for the children with cystic fibrosis. But what do we know about such kids’ life and their agenda? It is totally unbelievable that mom and kid have very busy schedule. Doing inhalations, taking medicines, monitoring, doing respiration exercises and all the same again and again. It can be minimum 5-6 inhalations per day.

How they manage to do all this? It’s really titanic work done by the mothers. There are also some mandatory respiration exercises. Monotonous and dull ones, day by day. I think everyone will be bored with description, and what to say about the kid.

The miraculous and funny trampoline is there for us. Who does not like to jump on the trampoline? Everybody likes! The kid is receiving a funny equipment to jump, and it means that he/she is moving and having fun. And this is not dull at all. We often receive such messages from the parents: “…our Liza is on the horse) She has fun and does not want to go for walk! Thank you, friends!!! She is jumping and jumping, and if she is not jumping, she is sitting on the trampoline and plays with toys).”

And yet, when jumping, nasty mucus that clogs the lungs and does not allow breathing and coughing normally, comes out. The children expectorate and breathe more easily. Many families do not know about such great thing for their children as a trampoline. Many could not allow buying such expensive equipment, because almost all money is spent for the medicines. We have 10 people in our queue. 10 children, who want to do exercises and have fun, to become a little bit healthier and bring joy to mom. And we, the adults, can easily help them.
