The project ‘St. Nicholas, come and see us’ aimed to raise charitable funds to organise festive events on the occasion of St. Nicholas Day for orphans and children in difficult life circumstances.
Due to the fact that the project ‘St. Nicholas, come visit us’ has lost its relevance, the Charity Foundation ‘You are an Angel’ sent a letter No. 10 dated 10.12.2024 to the Charity Foundation ‘UBB’ with a request to stop fundraising and reduce the project amount from UAH 101,200.00 (one hundred one thousand two hundred hryvnias 00 kopecks) to the actual funds raised in the amount of UAH 3,930.00 (three thousand nine hundred thirty hryvnias 00 kopecks).
As a voluntary donation, on 10 December 2024, the account of the CF ‘You are an Angel’ received funds from the CO ICF ‘UBB’ in the amount of UAH 3,930.00 (three thousand nine hundred and thirty hryvnias 00 kopecks).
The CF ‘You are an Angel’ added UAH 6 070.00 (six thousand seventy hryvnias 00 kopecks) to the amount raised on the dobro.ua platform and purchased 20 (twenty) gift certificates of UAH 500 in the Epicentr K Hypermarket for a total amount of UAH 10 000.00 (ten thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks).
The gift vouchers were handed over to orphans and children in difficult life circumstances living in the Orikhiv Regional Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, which was relocated to the Carpathian region in early summer 2024.
This small support was a nice gift for children in need during the winter holidays. In the near future, the You Are An Angel Charity Foundation will organise a trip to the Epicentr K Hypermarket for the children so that everyone can choose the best gift for themselves.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who supported us in this initiative and are convinced that this sign of attention will certainly bring joy and positive emotions to the children, helping them to feel secure and happy.
