The purpose of this project is to provide the necessary assistance to medical institutions that treat oncology in children in wartime conditions. Since the day of its establishment, our Foundation supports children with cancer in their treatment, and hospitals - in providing the necessary medicines and equipment, in connection with the full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, all medical institutions of our country, despite their specialization, provide medical assistance and treatment not only to the civilian population , but also to military personnel who stand in defense of our Motherland.

The National Cancer Institute of Ukraine is no exception, one of the main medical institutions of our country, which performs operations of the highest level of complexity, thanks to which people with terrible diagnoses get a chance at life. Currently, the Cancer Institute has an urgent need for modular monitors that will provide patients with high-quality diagnostics. Modular patient monitors continuously monitor the patient's vital signs. This makes it possible not only to monitor the patient's condition, but also to determine the further treatment plan, which is extremely important during the provision of medical assistance.

Also, as part of the project, we would like to provide the Sumy Regional Children's Hospital* with a venous scanner. The hospital is located in the frontline region, which suffers from constant shelling, but the institution has not stopped receiving local children for a single day. Currently, about 10 children with cancer are undergoing therapy at the hospital. There is no venous scanner in the hospital at all, this equipment helps to choose the appropriate vein for venipuncture, it is a very responsible process, even nurses with great experience do not always manage to perform this procedure. Choosing the wrong vein creates discomfort and can lead to more serious complications, up to the development of tissue necrosis.

Join the fundraiser! People's lives depend on the extent to which medical facilities are equipped with everything they need! Your input is invaluable!
