Tymofiy from Sumy must fight the disease

Now Tymofiy has an exacerbation, he is in the hospital. He urgently needs medicine. Again. Bronchitis with complications, almost every one of which ends in a hospital, a drip, and antibiotics, happens to the boy often. So the family no longer has the resources to pay for it financially. Seven-year-old Tymofiy is increasingly asking such painful questions for his parents: "Why do I have to take pills when I want to eat something, while others do not? Why do I have to take inhalations, while others do not?". 

The reason for all this is a genetic disease. Cystic fibrosis affects the functioning of the whole body: thick sputum accumulates in the lungs, which makes it difficult to breathe and becomes a breeding ground for dangerous bacteria that destroy the lungs; food is poorly absorbed; the liver and pancreas are also disrupted. Tima, like all children, loves outdoor games: running and jumping. But the disease constantly makes itself felt here too. He gets tired much faster than other children. 

Now it is necessary to pay for the child's liver and inhalation medicines. To help his lungs cleanse phlegm better, the kid has to exercise with a special breathing simulator. We also add a powerful flashlight and a power bank to the collection, because the family lives in the border area with Russia, and it is important for them to have insurance. Realizing how exhausted Tymofiy's family is now, we also want to pay them a few grocery certificates. 

Three years have passed since the diagnosis, but his mother still cannot believe that her boy has to fight for his life every day. This is the reality of people with cystic fibrosis.
